  • Seamoss gel can last about 3-4 weeks when stored in the refrigerator or it can also be frozen for longer storage

  • Depends on your goals! We suggest starting with 2 heaping tablespoons first thing in the morning on an empty stomach (or with your breakfast) and increase or decrease as you see fit! We suggest doing "seamoss cycling" and taking higher dosages for a few weeks then going down to regular for a few weeks, then upping again, etc.

  • Seamoss is naturally a very water-dense fibre so when it is dried and taken as a supplement it will move through your system pulling water from wherever it can- possibly causing constipation and doing more harm than good.

  • 1) Be consistent with consumption. The more you leave the bacteria to sit and bloom into the product the sooner it will start to mold 2) Do NOT double dip into the product 3) Keep your seamoss refridgerated and cool at all times- or transfer to a freezer-safe container and store up to 6 months!

  • Not recommended for individuals with thyroid conditions without medical supervision (due to iodine content). Those with shellfish or iodine allergies should avoid sea moss or do a trial to ensure you don't have a reaction.
