On Neptune Inc. is a sole proprietorship based in Canada. We offer health-forward, ocean-inspired wellness products including seamoss gel, dried seamoss, and bundles. Our products are handcrafted and made fresh to order.

We currently offer:
● Seamoss Gel (Small: 500ml / Large: 1L)
● Dried Seamoss (weight varies)
● Free downloadable recipe
● Bundled seamoss packages (combinations of small jars)
All seamoss gel is prepared fresh and should be refrigerated within 1 hour of delivery to preserve quality and potency.
3. Shipping
We ship across Canada via Canada Post. If Canada Post does not deliver to your region, your order will be canceled and refunded. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of order confirmation for delivery.
Orders are not shipped on public holidays; however, local deliveries may still occur. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.
4. Subscription Policy
By subscribing to any recurring product, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 deliveries before you may pause or cancel your subscription. Customers must agree to these terms by checking the required box at checkout.
After the third order is fulfilled, you may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription by contacting us at infoonneptune@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
5. Payments & Taxes

● Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, email us at
infoonneptune@gmail.com within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellations.
● Refunds: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds.
● Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or unusable, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. We will review each case individually and resolve the issue at our discretion.
