Seamoss Gel Orders
Our Seamoss Gel is made fresh to order to preserve its quality and maximize shelf life. Because of this, orders may be shipped within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
We recommend selecting Regular Parcel shipping at checkout to ensure smooth delivery. If you choose a faster shipping option, we will still ship your order via Regular Parcel and refund the difference.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to freshness, we do not offer returns or refunds at this time.
If your order arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us at infoonneptune@gmail.comwithin 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess each case individually, but please note that outcomes are not guaranteed.
P.O. Boxes
At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders placed with a P.O. box address will be cancelled if an alternate address is not provided.

Subscription Cancellations
By subscribing, you agree to a minimum of 3 subscription orders before cancellation is permitted. This commitment supports our small-batch production and ensures consistency in your wellness routine. This is listed on our subscription information and confirmed with every guest before their final check-out.
To cancel your subscription after your third order, simply email us atinfoonneptune@gmail.comat least 48 hours before your next billing cycle.
